1.- Payment options
You may choose one of the following forms of payment for purchasing items. Follow the one that is right for you
- We accept all credit cards and debit cards. The card transactions are channeled throufg the platform of Piraeus BANK. We do not store or process any card information but are partners may need to.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), available only in Greece. The payment can be made (in cash or credit card) upon delivery by our driver.
- Bank Deposit, you can pay for your order to any bank via e-banking. Your deposit can be made within 3 business days after completing your order. If the payment is not made within this time frame, the order will be cancelled. It is mandatory that the name, surname and order number be indicated in the description box when making payment. Transaction costs are paid by the recipient.

The amount received in our account must be the exact amount of your order. Bank expenses must be covered by the customer. We ask you to mention your order number in your payment so as to avoid delays. Also, note that your order will be expedited as soon as your payment is confirmed. This could take up to 2 workdays, depending on the bank.
2.- Delivery, Return and Cancellation Policy
Delivery within Greece is free of charge for order above 50 euros.
For orders below 50 euros the charge is 5 euros.
Delivery within Attica takes 1-3 working days.
Delivery for the rest of Greece takes 2-4 working days.
Delivery for Cyprus takes 5-7 working days and the charge is 20 euros.
You have the right to return your order in whole or in part. The item(s) can be returned for refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, original packaging and original invoice. In this case, you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product.
In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error(wrong size, color, product defect) we as OCALEA undertake to cover the cost of the product return.
OCALEA reserves the right to refuse returns that are not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of non-standard returns, the purchased items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo meticulous quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card or bank account used for the order transaction. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details. Please note that the refunded amount will be reduced by the return cost as detailed below. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
Returns within Attica charged at the rate of 5 euros.
Returns from the rest of Greece charged at the rate of 6 euros.
Returns from Cyprus at the rate of 20 euros.
3.- Shipping Policy
Just follow these easy instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order:
- Please visit https://www.ocalea.gr/contact-us, fill the form, quoting your order number which was included in the original order confirmation email and specifying the specific items to be returned.
- You will then receive an email confirming your returns request and information about the refund. For orders from Cyprus, this email will also include a Speedex airwaybill number to arrange your return collection.
- For returns from Cyprus contact the courier to arrange a pick-up, quoting this airwaybill number and note that items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the returns confirmation e-mail.
- As soon as we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
